Considering what gets built and where is at the heart of our work.

We regularly look at plans for development in Cambridgeshire and the region and challenge those that will cause damage to the countryside.

We want to see building on brownfield sites prioritised over building on the finite supply of greenfield sites.

We would like to see new housing that is linked to high quality public transport.

We believe that more affordable housing is needed to help meet housing pressures and to maintain balanced communities in Cambridgeshire.
