Adam Hopwood – 2025 Volunteer Awards

Adam Hopwood, Trustee at CPRE Hertfordshire, is being recognised for the CPRE Special Contribution Award in recognition of his ongoing support on a number of our initiatives, including leading on our IT transformation project. Adam started volunteering with us in 2023 and has led on the upgrade and improvement of our charity’s IT systems and processes to strengthen our data security and support collaborative working across staff and volunteers. He has also immersed himself in all aspects of the charity’s activities including attending events and updating a number of our self-guided walks, which help our supporters to get out and enjoy the Hertfordshire countryside. Adam’s commitment, collaborative approach and positive attitude make him a much-valued volunteer and member of our team.
