Why volunteer with us?

Are you passionate about protecting and enhancing our countryside? Would you like to help bring about change in your community and have the chance to meet like-minded people along the way? By volunteering with a local CPRE you could do just this, whilst gaining a wealth of skills and undergoing all the appropriate training needed for you to make a real difference in your local area.

Our volunteers support us in many different ways including the leadership of local CPRE groups, fundraising, providing specialist advice, managing social media channels, maintaining websites, picking litter and much more!

We want you to have an excellent volunteering experience with us, and so we’ve made commitments to our volunteers.

Meet our volunteers

To celebrate Volunteers' Week we asked people why they enjoyed volunteering with CPRE. Some loved the experience and working with new people, some wanted make sure the countryside was there for future generations. We're very grateful to them for sharing their many reasons for working with us.
