With over two decades of professional experience, Emma currently serves as Innovation Director at Octopus Energy Homes, focusing on delivering sustainable and affordable energy solutions for residential properties. Her work aligns with the company’s mission to accelerate the transition to a greener, electrified, more sustainable future. As Chair of the Residential Professional Group Panel and a member of the Knowledge and Practice Committee at RICS, Emma contributes to advancing best practices in residential surveying. Emma’s expertise in the energy industry, combined with a commitment to innovative housing initiatives, supports efforts toward low-carbon living. In addition, Emma is Chair of Swaffham Prior Community Land Trust and Heating Swaffham Prior – the first rural district heat network in the UK.
