Our year celebrated: the annual review of CPRE

Our annual review for 2022/3 tells a great story of campaign successes for the past year and new volunteers coming to work with local groups.

The hedgerow campaign and lobbying on the Levelling up and Regeneration Bill have played big roles in the CPRE year. But we also saw longstanding campaigns in terms of undergrounding pylons, fracking and deposit return system, return to the agenda.

More than a thousand new volunteers got involved with different aspects of our work and tens of thousands signed the petitions that helped add force to our campaigning – and made 2022-3 such an impactful year.
