Salary: £37,963
London N1 7NH office based but ability to work 2-3 days from home

CPRE, the countryside charity is seeking an engaging, organised and creative individual to help manage our membership communications programme across offline and online marketing channels.
As a Membership and Legacy Officer, you’ll be responsible for the planning and delivery of our membership renewal and reactivation programmes, along with the end-to-end campaign management of our legacy marketing campaigns. You will also help develop and plan our membership user journeys and acquisition campaigns, across offline and online marketing channels.
You will report to the Membership and Community Manager and be part of the wider Income Generation team, which also includes Individual Giving and Supporter Care and Development.
We are looking for someone who is engaging, organised, and creative with excellent interpersonal skills. You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with internal and external stakeholders including our local network groups that will help maximise income streams and grow our membership base. You must also have experience in writing and tailoring messages to suit different audiences so that you can help us engage with new and existing members.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project managing acquisition and retention direct marketing campaigns across any marketing channels including direct mail, email, and paid search and social. We also require the post holder to be numerate and confident working with and analysing data, with an ability to write and evaluate copy, and to deliver insightful ‘end of campaign’ evaluation reports.
