CPRE’s response to the NIC’s National Infrastructure Assessment

CPRE’s response to the National Infrastructure Commission’s (NIC) interim consultation on a National Infrastructure Assessment (NIA). The consultation was titled Congestion, Capacity and Carbon, and spanned across a wide range of issues. We returned to consult on the final NIA in Summer 2018.
