State of brownfield 2020: executive summary

An executive summary of our 2020 edition of CPRE’s annual reporting on the status and potential of brownfield. The report shows that there is already sufficient brownfield land, including a huge bulk with planning permissions in place, to meet the government targets for the duration of the current parliament.
