2019 Housing design audit: North West region factsheet

In 2019 we worked with Place Alliance, based at UCL, to audit over 140 residential developments built between 2014 and 2019. The main report (A housing design audit for England), published in January 2020, reflected where changes in the quality of housing design had occurred and found a worrying proportion of developments that should never have gone ahead.
